Life in Barcelona!

I think I have finally gotten into the swing of things here in Barcelona. It has only been a month and with 2 left, I feel like I am settled in and ready to just soak in all that gets offered. Life at home has been incredible. I love the care of Juana, visits of Eira and her family and the feel of being a part of the people that actually live in Barcelona. Finally, I can leave my house and not have to gasp or gaze at the most popular tourist attraction in Barcelona. Instead, I chuckle at the cameras, fake poses, and tourist looking individuals trying to appreciate their 20 minute view of this piece of art.

Classes so far have been incredible. I get nervous at times because our grade rests on only 2 exams for the most part and two 10 page essays, but in the end, I remain optimistic. The university has been really interesting in just the amount of days and holidays we have had, which has been nice to relax and experience the city.

Juana has been incredible! Just about anything I love to eat she makes, we learn new things and always have a few incredible laughs! and Gazpacho! Meals are good, class is good, the city is good. Life is good.
